Basic Information:
Small onions are bulb shaped with red skin. It is small and slightly elongated in size, They have a milder taste than the general variety of onions. They also taste slightly sweet which goes well with a number of Indian dishes. They are found in a number of South Indian dishes such as Sambar and Red Chutney.
