Bhindi is a popular vegetable in Indian households. It is consumed regularly as stir-fried vegetables, gravy or bhajis. Some people also prefer to eat okra in their salad. If you do not like the slimy texture, you can remove it by adding a sour agent like lemon or vinegar.
